It appears that there are names of people who are paid off to disrupt our communications towers. I thought of this more of a LARP until I ran a name from the list into a search engine.
Turns out, there is some serious fuckery about. This could be life and limb... even the eradication of the USA. I am only asking you based autists get in on this and maybe make this a sticky post as this offers serious shit we need to focus on.

I looked up the S Novak name on that list. A Markus Novak pops up and also owns a company called Novaa.
He was paid 550,000 $ supposedly by China. Here is his LinkedIn... https://www.linkedin.com/in/markus-novak/ (Yes, I realize the first name is Markus, but his credentials and positioning make this a somewhat viable perp imo).

You looked up S. Novak but on the link it says S. Nowak with a “W” . I found an M. Nowak and it says ties with Jeffrey Epstein.
