1. His head is too large for his body and out of proportion.
2. The lighting and coloration on his hands and face are out of place.
3. Remnants of the original background can be seen around his head, especially the right ear. Very sloppy copy/paste job. Now why would they create fake photos? Maybe Biden is indisposed right now.
