That's because NewsMax is afraid of Dominion. Dominion threatened to sue NewsMax if they say anything about them. As a matter of fact, you can find an article on their website about it.

NewsMax needs to grow a set of balls. Dominion can sue anybody they want and they will never go to court on it and risk the truth being told.
