Why isn't Lindsay Graham afraid of Trump anymore?

I can't figure out the Lindsay Graham thing. It seemed to me he knew what happened to his friend No Name, and was toeing the line accordingly. Seems like he's back to being run of the mill swamp critter. What gives? If he's just acting, what is the message?

I was going to stop swearing this year, but I have been around for fucking ever, since January 2018 on CBTS if you know what that is. Then the first Great Awakening, then Voat, now here. Legit question that obviously you can't answer.
