Asking for a friend.......As shown in the link, JM Bullion is selling at $6 over the ask for SLV, where would one find physical at much more reasonable and unmarked up price?

From ebay or similar sites and you're best to find collectors/sellers selling a lot and offer a bundle price. If doing so don't be worried about milk spots on silver (unless it's a collector coin) because milk spots prove it is real silver.

Jewelry sterling is already up, the thing is everyone who trades in any precious metals has Kitco open at all times of the day and night so they will be up to the minute on price. It's very competitive. You won't find some bargain except from someone out of touch.
