Question for veteran Anons reg drops 135 - 138

In those drops, Q is listing all of the banks controlled by the Rothschild family. The entire list is ordered alphabetically by country except for one: Uruguay, which is stuck in between Libya and Lithuania in the L's.

I wasn't around when all these early drops were being decoded. Was any significance ever found for this "error"?
