There have been a few FE guys couple of years ago that bought the tickets for some of the routes that are claimed to be available. They were getting delays on flights a few times, and then either got a refund or the airline stopped replying to them. It was one of those direct flights from southern hemisphere into other side of the earth southern hemisphere.
Online there are apparently direct flights and you can get tickets, but noone from FE community has came forth saying they managed to fly direct.
Think about this, we circumnavigated the world south to west and west to south, but not one person has ever fully completed a circumnavigation north to south and back to north the other way, think of going from North down prime meridian to Antarctica, then cross the south pole and up the 180th meridian to north. Has never been done.
