Glad you asked. Are you aware that moon is actually not reflecting light from the sun, but its own light source? there are plenty of videos online and on youtube showing that temperatures during full moon in direct moonlight are about 3 degrees colder than in shade. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9muc2mT9pBU There are many others, this is just for show, do more research yourself. As to what the moon is I have no idea. I dont think it is a spherical physical object on which you can land... As there have been videos of people seeing stars through the moon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fy1Sz6jEz0s If this is true, the moon is not a physical object. Honestly I would not know how to explain the hills and valleys, but please remember what you see through the telescope is a 2D image. It is impossible to verify that there indeed are hills and valleys in such a manner.
As for the "planets" they were always called wandering stars, the images presented by NASA are a lie. If you use a telescope to look at any of the planets, you will see that they do not look like what nasa images look like. If you use Nikon P1000 camera and zoom in on the stars, this is what they look like.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEimvWm7CT8
Now a while ago there has been a scientific study that showed that you can create light by using sound and vibration on water molecules. Have a look at this, its called Sonoluminescence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSIPolpvjBY
No, moon is just a light in the sky. Mars is a luminary.
