There's a difference between sexual acts in exchange for goods/services between consenting adults, and HUMAN TRAFFICKING which is forced or coerced service, or involves minors.

Other than one mention of a minor, this looks like authorities using their power in a disingenuous way to bust consensual activities. They targeted people responding of their own free will using fake ads, and they say they freed two people. So if a female responding to an ad was determined to be a "victim" they were freed, but if they weren't, they were busted. And they determined that how? Based on the preference of the LEO?

LEO use of deception to catch perps in actual abuses to others (or to prove / discover their abuse) may be a necessary tool; using it as a means to simply catch individuals seeking to engage in non abusive consensual transactions is an abuse of power. Do we bust people who buy basic goods / services from the mafia (thus "enabling" them), or do we bust the people in the mafia actually performing the abuses?
