Earth is 93 million miles from the Sun. It takes 1yr for Earth to rotate the Sun. In 6 months Earth will be 186 million miles away on the opposite side of the Sun IF EARTH=. and SUN=O What side of EARTH aka .(dot) is day? What side of EARTH is night? Why can i see the Big Dipper every night of every month throughout the year??????????? .------93mil------O------93mil------. Reconcile that's 186 million miles in the opposite direction that we see the Big Dipper! Must be coincidence..lol

My biggest problem with the FE movement is the fact that all the leading arguments are literally second or third grade level logic. My favorite one is when they ask what happens when you spin a wet tennis ball. GASP the water flies off! But then you ask them what happens to that wet tennis ball if you spin it at a speed so slow it only rotates once in 24 hours... Does the water still fly off? Exactly. Now all that said, there are legitimate and plausible theories out there but they have far more holes in them than our standard model. They poke small holes in the globe model while totally disregarding the far more blatant flaws in their model. I'm totally open to being proven wrong and it frankly wouldn't shock me if it turned out to be true. But leading with such childishly simple arguments is a bad start.
How long does it take for it to go all the way around once? 24 hours, right?
Maybe it's moving x miles per hour at the equator because it's so large, but it's TURNING slowly. One revolution per day. Don't get the two things confused.
Why am I even contributing to this blatant slide?
