Good for President Trump!! 30 yrs ago my office shared a wall with an AFTRA office. We could hear their conversations clearly. As a very busy agency producing radio and television ads in a non-union state we were not obligated to hire AFTRA members for our voice overs. As such, we would purposely play our demo tapes very loud - definitely loud enough to be heard throughout their offices. After only a few months, AFTRA vacated that office most likely for a "Quieter" setting.
