It sounds like him AND I definitely heard this exact story verbatim from someone (it’s bugging me as to who) last week. But I thought whoever it was told this in the first person and not quoting Clapper.

It's Not clapper. The guy in the video is very overweight, Clapper is not. I heard this guy before probably about a year ago, he's a very heavy breather and clears his throat a lot which he said was a result of him being tortured. Then he went on twitter as Johnheretohelp with the exact same stories and now he's in a video where his face is distorted but you can see his width. He's always said he has thumb drives and recordings and documents etc., to prove what he's saying. I trust Lin that he checked him and his proof out. Whomever the guy is, he's not Clapper.

He says he tried to warn Trump. I reckon we wait for President Trump to confirm this!!
