fortune telling how ? he was impeached by the house. question is, will he be convicted by the senate

Not so much. It's the same thing as last time; technically he has been impeached by the House both times, and was acquitted by the Senate the first time. He will likely be acquitted by the Senate a second time, but he was still impeached both times.
