Anyone that has even a laymen's understanding of internet protocols will understand that this is rock solid irrefutable evidence. It also will cross political lines. Knowing your candidate cheated is one thing, you can justify it by "the greater good". Knowing China and Iran spearheaded the cheating is a whole new animal.
