It's confusing! Tap on the circle to "Add a Contact" then, in the search box type in "Michael Flynn." You will get a list of all the Michael Flynns but just go with the one I gave (his profile picture is of himself). Tap on his name, it will bring you to his page. At the bottom of his page click on "Join." And that's it.
So how does one follow someone else on telegram. I have the app, but I don't see a follow me button

It should say "Join Channel" somewhere on the app. But I use a laptop so idk about mobile if what's where you are.
