I believe this was a well thought out plan and we have NO IDEA what is going on. And it needed to be that way.

It's mumbo-jumbo to introduce the US corporation in a spoopy way to make people say wow ooooo what's that. No letterhead ought to be the first tipoff. Spacing and font and page layout all wrong. Trump would never be dabbling in some legal matter like this, nor would any President. They have fleets of lawyers for that. And if a lawyer needed ti say this, it would be transmitted as a normal letter in relatively plain English according to the usual WH format. Plenty of real WH letters around for comparison. All the legal stuff would be appended in another document in legal style, which is designed for easy line item review even when the lines aren't actually numbered.
If you get any letters that say, "Hello, I am a Prince of Eastern Nigeria, and I have a bazillion dollars for you," not only will it probably be more convincingly written but it will be more likely to be true.
