That’s the first B-52 I have seen come from that location and just go flying around in the gulf. Where did his buddy go? Anyone see it decrease altitude and land? All of the other B-52 flights I have seen come out of Bossier City in Louisiana.
They are preparing for the flyover of the game. Both boomers are still there, just not in formation any longer. There are fighter jets we don't see as well as a B2 that will fly over.
Super Bowl flyover in about an hour. B1, B2, and B52
Ive been watching and they have been getting really close but they are hanging out until the start of the game.
Possibly refueling. Jagged path kind of stuff is usually sporadic transponder signal or jamming. They just can't turn like that.

Both still there.. B-52s are stationed at Minot. I see them over the gulf several times a year.
Same question—one is of the screen after flying straight west from TB.
I still have both on screen..
I still only see one and I’m fully zoomed in
Zoom out
Doesn’t matter which way I zoom. There is only one B-52 in the gulf on my feed.
The second one reappeared and joined his buddy north of FL

I didn’t realize the Super Bowl was in Tampa. Isn’t that untraditional to host it at the home of one of the teams?
This is the first time the hosting stadium includes the home team. The decision to have the SB in TB was made years ago.
Well, only one just went over the stadium and that stealth and fighter definitely aren’t on the screen.
