Did anybody catch what they said before the national anthem last night??? I heard them announce that the marines were from the military district of D,C or something like that. Very strange.

I timed it perfectly. I turned the game on just as they were kicking off. So I didn't see any pre-game crap and didn't see the halftime.
I would be interested to see this statement though.
