Impeachment is for REMOVAL FROM OFFICE ONLY - disqualification from further office is only to be voted on if removed from office
"The immediate effect of conviction upon an article of impeachment is removal from office...
Impeachment and conviction by Congress operates to remove an individual from office"
"The Senate may subsequently vote on whether the official shall be disqualified from again holding an office"

Lead Counsel Bruce Castor:
"Article 1 section 3 says 'Judgements in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than removal from office, and disqualification to hold any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States'"

So if impeachment is for REMOVAL FROM OFFICE ONLY. Doesn't this further back up the claim that Trump is still the real POTUS in office and Biden is just playing a role in a movie?
I don't got argument for any of these claims, just using LOGICAL THINKING.
Under Article 1 Section 3 of the constitution, either:
Donald Trump is still president of the United States,
or the Senate does not have jurisdiction to impeach him.
