Does anyone have a updated PDF version preferably or the latest videos of the DUMBs (Deep Underground Military Bases)? It’s the one that Gene Decode goes through and lists by states and countries the DUMBs that have or have not yet been liberated. Their old videos on Youtube are of course gone. i came across the notion of the black budget operation in 2001 through the steven greer national press club thing and the 2.3 trillion rumsfeld lost. this is so big and it's a shame gene decode is the only one i've found talking about this stuff. there must be someone else out there to corroborate his stuff. i would love to believe him. anyone? this channel is the closest i've found that could validate his claims.
