This is the body cam footage. His hair and tattoos are present throughout, although his tattoos seem to have faded from the reference used in this video.

The images here have a lower resolution and quality, and the lighting blends it all together. I wouldn't say that his death was falsified based on this video alone.

I see so many people inferring lots from VERY low resolution / high compression videos. I used to play around with high compression when I used to 'rip' DVDs, and you see this stuff; details get whacked, etc. People are so eager to see what they want to see, they are going crazy seeing faces in clouds, virgin mary's in puddles, etc!
