Not really the place to present evidence regarding election fraud, the election fraud is technically irrelevant to the subject of the impeachment. The 19th is when the fraud evidence will be presented in court.

I think it is the place because one article of impeachment is him claiming voter fraud. So it is a great opportunity to present it.

Claiming voter fraud is not a high crime or a misdemeanour so can't be used as an article of impeachment
