An Air Force single engine Cessna would be AF1 when the real POTUS flies in it.

That is a Boeing 757, not a chinese made plane. The 757 is an amazing plane. Trump's personal private plane is a 757 and he flew this tail number probably 50 times.

Do Boeing 757s usually spew white smoke upon engine startup? If you watch the video of this the plane is smoking pretty bad...

They can. Any plane can at startup. Not always but I have seen it at the airport. Not sure if there is just old fuel in the lines that doesn't fully burn but at startup the engines do not fire up immediately. i am sure we have some jet pilots here who could explain why there is smoke at startup on some occasions.

It wasn't a long flight, Trump would have used this same one for that distance.

I have not seen anyone mentioned that either of them, AF1 or AF2 have squawked as such since Trump left DC.
