Yeah I thought this too but I also remember researching the POTUS vehicles a while back and how they need to be fitted with armor and reworked suspension for the weight etc.
It was fascinating but also meant that only a few we're available at any given time that were up to spec enough to carry POTUS, IMO.
The outfitting cost was pretty hefty IIRC, but that's also another of those government RFPs that likely has no real upper cost limit if they can find a contractor to do it; POTUS needs protection!
That's a 9th generation Chevy suburban 2007-2014. The president of the United States likely wouldn't be using these older vehicles
