I love it here in Kansas. There's two different Kansas Cities. Kansas City on the Missouri side, which I wouldn't recommend. And then there's the Kansas City on the Kansas side, where the wealthy fled years ago for lower taxes.

My wife has a 'shopping cart index' to where to live. Look at rainy/cold days, and look who puts away the shopping carts in individual areas. Over here, all the shopping carts are always put away!
