Personal observation: I was at the grocery store yesterday, following a workout at my gym. At both places I saw some pretty hawt ladies, and behind my mask (and due to a lot of isolation these days) I have started muttering to myself, like "Wow, look at THAT cutie!" I realized what I was doing and had a chuckle...
MEMO TO SELF: after these mask mandates are gone, I need to go back into "normal" mode again.
I’ve been starting to push the line: Walking up to the store with mask in hand (let people see human faces again!), then putting the mask on WHILE entering the store. My first steps within the store are securing the other ear loop. Push their buttons without actually pushing their buttons.
And if I see people being a little sloppy with their masks (under the nose, or pulled down completely) I go ahead and mimic that. Slowly but surely breaking my blue suburb from their idiocy.
