I think a major part of it was the blatant disregard for due process and basic decorum of law (to the point that I'm honestly surprised Trump didn't get convicted in the kangaroo court). He can still have feelings against Trump but when clear and cut procedures are twisted, distorted, or downright violated it calls into question what else lefties will twist, distort, and violate to try and get their way.
