I'm starting to think it's an actor wearing a mask. Between the crooked and collapsed nose and the other video where the left side of his face looked like it was being pulled down.... that's the only thing that makes sense to me. His forehead wrinkles disappeared and his eye was drooping. Like his mask got caught on that side and was pulling downward.

And I started thinking about how similar his voice is, but I know tons of people that are really good at vocal impressions. I mean I know four guys in person that can do the Gollum voice, and they all sound just like him.
