Yes we will live, but we are not used to weather like Canada has. Many of us own very little winter clothes. Not kidding. It’s no big deal to you because it’s probably below freezing all the time. In Houston not so much. We normally have 60 degree type winters.

A lot of us have electric heating only as well. Luckily my family had multiple heat sources. We were able to make it through the rolling blackouts without too much discomfort, and our power has been restored.
