That is actually a good point; but I think its more telling than that. There is obviously something wrong with dentistry that the man wouldn't go to one to get his teeth fixed..... ever think of that?

This is a cultural thing that Americans value and others do not.

Having white, straight chiclet teeth is not important in other cultures. Whether you like it or not, the US and the UK are massively culturally different.
