I work for a constitutional law firm that frequently appeals cases to SCOTUS. Cases that are scheduled to be conferenced are a dime a dozen and it's not unusual for a case to be conferenced multiple times before it's either granted or denied cert.
It's also very rare to have a case that is granted cert and will be heard by SCOTUS, so please keep that in mind.
Finally, these conferences are behind closed doors, there is no way to view them. Orders from said conferences are released on the following Monday.
I’ve been watching SCOTUS on these election cases since Dec or so. The majority of election cases that made it there were not even docketed. So the fact that these did gives me some hope.
