this stat is 100% bullshit. It doesn't pass the smell test. Treat memes you want to be true with the same skepticism you would leftist memes.

Remove these cities and it would drop America dramatically, but we're nowhere near #3 today, and wouldn't be #189 with these cities subtracted.
