Does the show, South Park, have anything to do with Q? Are they involved some how?

I just saw an advertisement for South Park on TV and this is what it said.....'We Will Be Herd (heard was intentionally spelled wrong) and then at the end it switched from saying South Park to say South ParQ.

Any thoughts on this at all? I know the Simpson's have a very odd way of 'predicting the future' Does South Park do the same?

Both creators are outspoken libertarians. They know the dangers that government/society presents.
