Bug: high cpu usage related to Community Styling of GA

Tested this on a couple different browsers(firefox, edge). Wtih tab in focus and Community Styling turned on, CPU usage goes up over 10% for c/greatawakening and will stay high until you close tab or swap to different tab. I've not seen this happen for other .win communities that I've visited so far.
