I seem to remember all the comments people were making about how evidence couldn't be presented in lower courts because they had to save it for the supreme court. Those people would be disingenuous if they said that they're not surprised.

I guess we'll see what comes of the "Military is the only way" mantra now.

evidence couldn't be presented in lower courts because they had to save it for the supreme court

This makes no sense. SCOTUS only reviews evidence in cases in which it has original jurisdiction.
