Please note that Trump mentions (before I was successfully elected) at the end. Well, either you’re elected or you’re not. There’s nothing like being successfully elected - except if you’re talking about first rounds or facing an extraordinary adversary. So, successfully elected here seems to point to the help - military - received to be elected.

The military stepped in and stopped as much fraud as they could in 2016, hence how he won then. For some reason, the 2020 cup of election fraud runneth over.
