See, it's because you didn't use climate change resistant wind turbines (like we have in Canada, and you have in North Dakota). It's not because someone rammed ineffective solar down your throat then refused to let anyone crank up the standby coal and natural gas. Time to oust some politicians and design some nuclear plants.
