No, it's not the same dog. If you read the rest of her tweets she's saying that the 1st dog died, and she adopted this 2nd dog feeling it's her 1st dog come back in another dog body. She worded it oddly, but there ya go.
Happens a lot, lol. In reading your comments re dog comms, I'm wondering if you've seen the most excellent video done by IPOT about this. I think the episode is called 'Every good dog'. He digs deep on all the dog references by Comey & friends, and many found in the media.
I was just getting to write this! One of her dogs died 2 months ago, and she recently adopted another one and feels like her Mary Jane's soul is now in the new pup.
This might sound crazy, but if you ever watch those movies A Dogs Life, etc.. it does make the mourning of a fur baby easier; thinking maybe your pup's soul leaves and hops into a new pup and somehow they find their way back to you, since their lifespan is so much shorter than a human's.
Not a fan of Miley, but def know the heartbreak of losing a pet and was comforted by that silly notion.
