My BIL just called me to say he’s figured out who Juan OSavin is- he says listen to Admiral Rogers voice - then listen to Juan’s- he swears it’s the same person. Anyone else look into this??

I have been hearing about this Juan O Savin. I haven’t spent too much time on him. Can you tell me what provider he uses for his talks?
