I have seen similar stories in the past of funeral homes not taking care of remains property. Some are stored because the cremation oven broke and they couldn't afford to get it fixed. The bodies stack up, and then they start stashing them in the attic, in the garage, in the back 40, or wherever. There are numerous reasons, but they all result in bad decisions by the funeral homes.
That's what they claimed. They were in poor areas and weren't making a big profit. It's not uncommon for someone to be so broke they can't get anything fixed.

How much can it cost to fix a cremation oven, is that a serious explanation for this?

Anyone know what happened with this? They MUST be related. It’s impossible for two unrelated places to just both do this
