it happened late night...so drunk and/or tired that he passed out? drunk and /or tired and he was looking away or reaching for something? sounds like he may be known for driving fast based on someone's followup tweet to Spade's tweet.

and. there could be foul play or it could be that he tried to hurt himself

with all that's going on, I say does it really matter ?
