I love history, too, and I love this post - gives me lots to think about. Although, just a stray thought (I can't refer to playing "devil's advocate" anymore w/o feeling squeamish): Even though the idea is interesting, I don't believe there has to be a direct lineage of hate, because evil forces can always stir up new hate and adopt historical names of evil to describe it.
Check out the book The Curse of Canaan by Eustice Mullins. There were parts that blew my mind for how eerily they paralleled the things we see happening in modern times. Also, the Mystery Babylon series by William Cooper adds weight to what you’re saying.
