I have heard several times today that Presidents don't give a SOTU their first year. Why would our current Resident then? Also I think he is stalling so he can give it while Trump is speaking at CPAC. Just a hunch though.

But didn't Pedo Clinton, Bush, Obummer and Trump all give a SOTU speech in the February after their inauguration?

There was a Wikipedia article on Joebama's upcoming speech, but it was edited by the "Ministers of Truth" to refer to his SOTU for this entire year, not this February.
