How is this hopium? Gold-fringe is the captured/corporate flag being held under admiralty law (which no, does not mean our military is in control).

I would imagine things are still in transition, and I think it's all federal property (not just DC) that would display the gold fringe. I don't remember the specifics of its use outside of federal property though so not sure just how much of it's been switched over, but I think they're still in our courtrooms too, or am I wrong about that?
