Technically he doesnt say there are aliens. Could just as easily be spirits, Angels, inter dimensional beings outside our perception, etc.

All Q verifies is we are not alone

If Q mentions "consider the vastness of space" and "highest classification", I'm pretty sure that refers to aliens. Q also quoted an anon that said "Roswell".

But the question is, are the aliens even close enough to us and are they even relevant?

Imagine a civilization with the level of technology we have now, but a 10,000 year head start. At some point they are going to space even if it's just unmanned probes like we have now.
