Technically he doesnt say there are aliens. Could just as easily be spirits, Angels, inter dimensional beings outside our perception, etc.

All Q verifies is we are not alone

If Q mentions "consider the vastness of space" and "highest classification", I'm pretty sure that refers to aliens. Q also quoted an anon that said "Roswell".

But the question is, are the aliens even close enough to us and are they even relevant?

no he didn't say Alien, but he did say vastness of space. So he implying something without saying it. Also the only "vastness of space" we see is hollywood special effects in thousands and thousands of tv/movies. trust hollywood?
