I have seen critics of George news go on and on about the whole “no outside comms” thing. I think that just meant there would be no other entity posting as Q. On drop 3893, a one year delta on the 9th it says-

Backchannels are important when the 'news' itself is untrustworthy [controlled].

BackchannelS. Couldn’t George be another backchannel? I mean it seems reasonable to me. Note the emphasis on ‘news’... I dunno, just an idea.
