The failure of the courts was a miracle.

Pence certifying the vote was another miracle.
-
The Capitol breach was another miracle.
“The U.S. Supreme Court had issued several opinions in the past 150 years regarding Military Tribunals. Military Tribunals CANNOT be used to try civilian non-combatants IF the Civil Court System is functioning. The Supreme Court just verified that the Civilian Court System is NON-functioning. Their refusal to even hear evidence of a clear fraudulent election... now solidifies a case for declaring the civilian courts to be corrupt and unreliable. Next step is to begin Military Tribunals in place of the corrupt justice system.” – Credit “Retaining_H2O”
Trump’s morning Jan 6th speech:
“We will never give up; we will never concede. It doesn’t happen. You don’t concede when there’s theft involved.… We won this election and we won it by a landslide…. I’ve been in two elections, I won them both, and the 2nd one I won much bigger than the first…. I hope Mike is going to do the right thing. I hope so. I hope so…. Because if Mike Pence does the right thing, we win the election…. All Vice President Pence has to do is send it back to the states to recertify and we become president and you are the happiest people…. Mike, that doesn't take courage. What takes courage is to do nothing. That takes courage…. And Mike Pence is going to have to come through for us, and if he doesn't, that will be a sad day for our country because you're sworn to uphold our Constitution…. I actually think though, it takes, again, more courage not to step up…. They [states] want to recertify. But the only way that can happen is if Mike Pence agrees to send it back. Mike Pence has to agree to send it back…. Mike Pence, I hope you're going to stand up for the good of our Constitution and for the good of our country. And if you're not, I'm going to be very disappointed in you. I will tell you right now. I'm not hearing good stories.”
For Pence to do nothing and certify the vote indeed takes more courage, very cheeky Trump. Doing nothing increases the stakes and solidifies that there is no going back. They are all in to expose it all and not just band-aid it for one election. If it gets sent back to the states for re-certification the depth does not become fully revealed, republicans would become complacent, forgiving, and forget too quickly the evils because they won. A slap on the wrist doesn’t suffice and does not reveal the depth of the evil.
Let’s think. Does it make any sense for him to put his hands in the air and say, ‘Welp, if Pence doesn’t do something, we are fucked, all our cards are face up and we are beat if Pence does nothing, this is our last chance.’ That’s got to be the stupidest statement in the world if it’s true. Trump’s a smart man. Sounds like the game theory optimal message you want to send to your opponent’s right after the ‘last chance’ is done and the ‘fight is over’. This is when they are the weakest and think that they have won. This is when you begin the full power attacks. I think the first big knockout punch was initiated on the 6th on January.
Trump the evening of the 6th:
“We had an election that was stolen from us… We can’t play into the hands of these people… Go home and go home at peace.” Never did he mention specifically who was to go home and to go home at peace. Yes, it sounded like it was directed at the people at DC. But there’s nothing that disqualifies his verbiage from speaking to Congress and/or all other insurrectionists around the nation and the world.
When you know that your enemy is consistently ‘gunking up the works’ in the same way time and time again with antifa infiltrating into the MAGA crowd, they become predictable, you see what they are going to do, and then you can counter the predictability to use it to your advantage.
Let’s think really hard here. Let’s get deep into it. Logically what makes the most sense on the surface level for antifa and the deep state here? ‘Well, we can send in some antifa members to create another false flag at the capital which will help divide the nation and help dehumanize and criminalize Trump supporters. Perfect!’ The lack of complexity and depth in such a close sighted straight forward chess move occasionally allows for intelligent operators to begin to transform the board to their liking.
The geniuses like Trump and Pompeo understand that this is something likely to happen. This is why it’s very hopeful for us that the evening message was pre-recorded. So they do some thinking. ‘The perception will be that these are insurrectionists, and this will give us the perfect cover to initiate the insurrection act because there is an illusory insurrection consisting of Trump supporters which is masking the actual insurrection consisting of the Congress/others who helped certify and steal an election.’
Insurrection Act Summary:
“Whenever the President considers it necessary to use the militia or the armed forces under this chapter, he shall, by proclamation, immediately order the insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time…. Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion…. The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it— (1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.”
In short; it’s vague. Very vague. Importantly, it leaves a lot of room for it to be done entirely in secret after it is declared. Importantly, it does not say you have to explain your steps and the progress. Importantly, it does not say how long the order is in effect. If anything, it says it is in effect until the situation is rectified. The only requirement to initiating the act is that he must declare it. He must order the insurgents to “Retire peaceably to their abodes.” That is all. This is very specific. This is not accidental. “Go home and go home at peace.” This is what Trump said. It slaps me in the face. Trump initiated the insurrection act on January 6th. The only thing that can stop what is coming is us.
But I’m just another Hopium crackpot ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I totally agree, that’s been my thinking since the 6th happened. I have to imagine that asking his supporters to go home in peace after the Capitol event was probably the hardest thing he’s ever done. Knowing his supporters would go home feeling absolutely defeated and demoralized but he needed it to happen in order to invoke insurrection act without raising the deep states suspicion
I felt great because of that tweet, I knew it was the disperse statement needed to start the insurrection act but afterwards I was worried because nothing happened yet. This gives me an understanding I did not think of.
