It's highly unconstitutional, as states' legislative bodies are designated to make changes to election law.

Yes....and that's why these fucking Libs and Communists are trying to push it....if they can claim its the NEW LAW....by the time it gets around he courts....and if SCOTUS hears it....TOO LATE
