Would you be able to link timestamps for some of those people thanking them? I've only looked at the video briefly but it seems to just be videos from DVIDS (https://www.dvidshub.net/tags/video/inauguration2017/page/1) spliced together.

For example, the clip at 26:11 in GeorgeNews' video is this video from DVIDS: https://www.dvidshub.net/video/506459/58th-presidential-inauguration

Also, the group of people thanking the camera operator at 22:10 in GeorgeNews' video is from this video on DVIDS: https://www.dvidshub.net/video/506027/inauguration-day-b-roll-package

The fact that they're trying to brand this as "Never seen before" makes me very skeptical of their legitimacy.
